Return/replacement Policy
We entertain Return request only within 48 hours of the product delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You may be eligible for refund only in the following conditions
- If you receive broken or damaged item
- If your prepaid order remains undelivered even after 20 days
- If your receive an entirely different product (not applicable to minor differences and color as well). For instance, you ordered Original dragon but you receive Mini dragon or any other different reusable condom, you can ask for a refund within 48 hours.
How to prove that you have not used the item
However, it is very unlikely that you receive a damaged product. The only reason of your receiving a damaged item is wrong handling by courier service. But if it happens, we have kept room for refund to follow our customer satisfaction policy.
We booked a pickup and the item will be collected by courier service. When the product return back to us, our team will review the product whether it is used or not. If your return case passed review test, we will refund your money or replace the product as per your choice.

It may take up to 2 to 3 weeks to reflect refund in your bank account. If you placed a COD order, refund will be offered as coupon code to shop any other product on our website. When you checkout with this coupon, the price of the product will be reduced by the amount you would have received as a refund.
